Fixed my linkage by fabricating my own spacers to fix the play.
Fixed some various wiring issues that had been plaguing the car.
Fixed a leaky cap on the reservoir for the cooling system.
Replaced the AFM with a car locally that had 20k miles on it
Re-gapped the spark plugs
Put new hood struts in

Fixed up some of this nasty little surprise! Previous owner had a massive stereo in the car and took most of it out but left all the dodgy wring behind. Water is from all the drains being blocked and the hatch not being closed properly. Old cars and winter are the dumbest combination out.

Three Wheelin'
put in a new filtered crankcase breather on the passenger side valve cover.
cut out the old exhaust
started in on the new exhaust, welding 3 inch piping straight to the headers, and running it all the way out to two flowmaster 50 series delta mufflers, getting rid of all of the non-mandrel bent angles and stupid stuff like that...time for some serious flow!

Finally getting close to being able to plate my car in Qc. (Still has the Jersy plates on it...) So far I have done:
All front bearings
Left front ball joint
tie rod ends
tie rod end boots
inner CV joints/boots
outer CV boots
Power steering hose
Clutch master cylinder outer hose
flushed bake fluid
rebuilt front calipers
and here comes the big one...
replaced the transmission with an LSD/Transmission oil cooler equipped transmission from a turbo
My diff blew at the track, and wasn't worth rebuilding it, better to just replace the hole transmission.
Changed the instrument cluster to have one with kph (PO had white faced gauges with just mph on it) re-installed the airbag steering wheel (so it will pass inspection for my Qc plates)
did the day time running light modification that was shown to me on this forum.
So at least I think it will pass inspection now (windows don't work now.... but don't they will notice during the inspection). Bought the car, and it's spent more time at my mechanics shop then it has at home.... Still love the car, and now it drives like new, but damn, I have spent almost the purchase price. PO didn't take as good of care of it as he indicated... Oh well.
I haven't even had time to take pictures and post them up. Now at least it's home, and I snapped off a few and I will be posting them in a few min.

installed a huge oil cooler on the car, changed the oil and coolant, changed to a lower temp thermostat and fan thermoswitch.
after running on the highway for 30 miles, the inlet side of the cooler was burning hot, the outlet side was maybe 60*. car stayed below halfway on the temp gauge for the whole 80 mile journey.

I replaced the crank seal in my Turbo S along with t-belt and balance belt.
Now I need to put some stuff back in and prep for the dropping the plan before I do rod bearings.
