Wierd buzzing noise

I have a strange buzzing noise coming from what sounds like the passenger side rear wheel.
It gets quieter when driving or in gear but loud when clutch is in or at standstill.
Its had it since i got the car over 18 months ago but got a lot louder today. We had a hot day in Ga in the 80s so i assuming thats what made it worse.
What would make the noise?

Same thing here 2 months ago. Fuel pump is back there.....BUT, before you replace the fuel pump, replace the fuel pressure regulator. It's under the hood, by the fuel rail. Solved my problem, and alot cheaper!

Interestingly I am getting some type of clunk clunk sound coming from the passenger rear of the car. It all started after transporting a table saw(nearly 200lbs). I jacked the car up and couldn't find anything loose.
Any tips?

Three Wheelin'
Potentially a CV joint problem. That is on my list of to-do's for this year, as I get a clunking on occasion especially when temperatures are very cold.

My 83 is doing the exact same thing right now, good thing I found this thread!
