Default '86 944 turbo $5500

Asking $5500 for 86 944 Turbo Porsche, Silver Exterior, Light Tan Interior, Leather Seats, and Sunroof

Car is located in Mt Holly Springs, PA, about 45 minutes south of Harrisburg.

155,xxx miles

Paint and body reflect mileage with a few dings and scratches. The car is a ten footer. The car was bought as a driver, my other 944 is the looker.

Interior has the typical dash cracks, worn driver's seat bolster, shift **** and carpet.

Car has been a daily driver when weather and kid hauling duties allow.

Within the last 10k miles the following maintenance has been preformed:
Front engine seals, oil pan gasket (slow leak, maybe .5 quart per 5000 miles), rod bearings, widefire headgasket, waterpump, thermostat, timing and balance shaft belts and rollers, ignition wires, cap and rotor and plugs, strut bearings, Zimmerman rotors front and rear, metal master pads front and rear, set of control arms with new bushings and balljoints, new outer tierods and new half shafts in the rear.

Upgrades installed with the last 10k miles are as follows:
Lindsey Racing (www.lindseyracing.com) MAF, Lindsey Racing sport turbo #10 hotside, Lindsey Racing dual port wastegate, Lindsey Racing power perfect fuel controller, Lindsey Racing narrowband air/fuel monitor, adjustable FPR, 55# injectors, Weltmeister chips, Greddy Profec B electronic boost controller, Forge DV, front mounted RX7 oil cooler, AC delete with alt. relocating bracket, manual steering rack with new tie rods, 968 rear caster mounts, front struts (yellow koni's with adjustable perches), rear shocks (yellow koni's), set of control arms with new bushings and balljoints, 26.8mm front sway bar, adjustable rear drop links and new rear sway bar bushings.

Currently the car has a set of BBS style ARE wheels with gold centers and polished lips with Hankook K106 tires with less then 6k miles on them. The gold paint is starting to chip and the polished lips have some marks.

In the last 1k miles I have installed a cup clutch kit with a 930 disc, throw out bearing, rear main seal, rebuilt clutch fork and a resurfaced flywheel.

In the last 200 miles a new starter and FPR was installed. I thought my adjustable FPR crapped the bed, but it was my gauge after all.

Pics are here.

Thanks for looking.
Tom

Updated mileage, have been driving it alot lately, and added the new parts.

Had a buyer, but when his wife found out she shot it down

I have an NA too, no reason not to have both.

In future, I am planning on having a weekend/fun car for the street....but I recently bought a house and prepping the NA for tracking/racing. The budget is gone

A turbo for 5500? Someone do it! I wish I could have gotten mine that cheap! This is a real deal. Man, I wish my car came with half the stuff this one has.

What's the paint code? It looks like blue but you said silver. I kinda like it!

Sadly that kind of money seems like the norm these days. I've seen a few trading hands at or around $4500. Seems like a nice car though.
