I did the exact same thing to my PS pulley. I suspect it was not perfectly flat and in place before I torqued it up therefore deforming it. Looks identical to mine.

I managed to find a good second-hand one after months of looking about.

Just need to fit it carefully now.

I guess the secret is to slowly tighten it checking it is flat all the time before applying loads of torque.

I just did the same to my buddy's power steering pulley. deformed on the inside the same way with new lip. i did not read the install tip to center the pulley then snug the bolt then torque the bolt...

odd thing is that i had an extra and didn't know and i did not have any porsche part numbers so... i tossed it. running without the power steering pulley for now. torqued the crank pulley to the 155 lb-ft without the power steering pulley. washer correctly installed (direction wise)
