Exclamation VIN check? Can someone help? Looking at 2 951's

i don't want to take any attention away from ian's post, but i am also looking at 2 951's:

both '86's:
this car VIN# WPOAA095GN154728
WHITE EXTERIOR W/ RED INTERIOR,73402 MILES ON BODY, BRAND NEW ENGINE WITH PORTED AND POLISHED HEAD,RACEWARE HEAD STUDS,WIDEFIRE HEAD GASKET,BIGGER S- TURBO,WELTMEISER FRONT AND REAR SWAYS, KONI SPORT ADJUSTABLES ALL AROUND,LSD TRANS.

or this car:
[VIN to be included soon]
Guards red/black leather, 96,000 miles, new turbo, B&B stainless steel exhaust, s/s brake lines, Zimmerman Sport rotors, kevlar pads, K&N cone filter, new timing/countershaft belts&rollers, engine mts,+more Alpine 6CD,Pirellis,all records

They are close in price. The first is prob in very good mechanical order, and the second is probably in nicer shape overall. Both are in the 9k range.

Thanks for the help! Finally trying to get this 951 thing going...

I've got about 10 or so reports left on my autocheck account. If you want to use it feel free to go ahead, the account email address is spamproof@schematic.org.

Thanks Nick,

Unfortunately, autocheck is coming up with "0 records found" for the first car...
i hope that isn't a bad sign. oh well, I'll just call the shop that is selling the vehicle and ask if they have a carfax.
