Everything is in place and ready to go. A HUGE thanks goes out to Rock for his help setting this up again this year.

For those that have never been to the swap at Hershey, it is an amazing thing. The cars, parts and people.. what can I say. It's cool (when it doesn't rain).

What usually goes down starts on Friday night for the people getting there early. We have a small meet at the Appalachain Brewing Co (upstairs) for some dinner and drinks. Its a great little restaurant that also makes their own brew. --> WWW

Then Saturday morning there is the CPA-PCA SwapMeet at Hershey Park. I don't know if Rennlist will have a "booth" again this year but keep an eye out for one. -->WWW

Saturday Night at 7:30 we have the Rennlist Dinner Banquet. It is held at the FourPoints Harrisburg Hotel just 10 min. from Hershey Park. We have a private room there reserved along with a catered dinner buffet (They make some GREAT food). After everyone gets settled in we have a special Guest speaker and plenty of door prize giveaways provided by Rennlist sponsors. The Dinner is $25 per person and you need to have your reservations in by April 11th. You can reserve your seat via www.rennliststore.com -->WWW

After the dinner a "few" people usually head across the hotel to T. Brendan O'Reilly's Irish Pub (in the lobby). -->WWW


And, if you will be staying we have a group rate at the FourPoints Harrisburg Hotel (Dinner Banquet Location). $99 a night. We have a few rooms available for Friday night and plenty for Saturday night. The Dinner Banquet sometimes runs late so if you have a long drive home it may be a good idea to grab a room for Saturday night. You can do so by calling FourPoints Harrisburg reservations at 717-561-2800 and ask for the Rennlist Group rate.

well I am booked....just not for the night I wanted to stay. I generally stay over friday night so I can wake up and hit the swap.

If you are driving down early friday, maybe all the local guys can figure out a meeting spot somewhere along the way to caravan down.

I just spoke with the hotel and it seems like the few we had for Friday filled quickly. There is another group that has more rooms blocked for Friday night and, from what I am told, they probably will not fill. I was told that the remainder would become available again on April 1st and what was left would switch over to our block. She said to go ahead and book the Saturday night then call back on April 1st to add the Friday, if so desired.
A bit of a mess but hey, it wouldn't be Hershey without at least a few complications.
