Default an open letter to Paragon Products

Dear Jason, Skip, and the rest of the Paragon Crew

I am a long time customer of Paragon products, and I would like to say thanks, for the tremendous service you provide to the Porsche owners community. Every time I order from you, either through your website, or if I call you, the service is outstanding. The product is shipped quickly, packed extremely well, and I always get what was ordered. In the rare occasion that there is something wrong, you make it right.
For example, with my last order, I ordered a clutch master cylinder and the supporting parts, as well as a wiper switch for my 924S. The box arrived 4 days later, as promised, with all of the parts exactly as expected, except for the wiper switch, which was unfortunately poorly manufactured and unusable. I called your 1-800 number, and left a message. The following day at 8:00 AM, I received a phone call from your staff, who immediately shipped a new part.
Today, I received the new wiper switch, and it was apparent to me that the box the part was in had been opened, and the part checked for quality control. This attention to detail, this level of service is beyond the unfortunate norm of most businesses today. This is why I always check Paragon first when I’m in need of parts for my cars. Again, thank you for your service.

Keep up the good work!

+1. I called and talked to Chuck today about one of my endless 944 suspension questions. I actually ordered it this time.

xEleventy billion.

I have spent so much money there my CC company has stopped payment twice as they thought it was fraud. Nope! The guys there have been more than helpful to me over the last two years. It's why I buy at least 75% of my parts there.

Nothing but great experiences here as well. Knowledgeable staff and efficient service. A sterling example of how business should be conducted.

They are also mind readers. My best experience so far was the phone call saying..."are you sure you want to order enough parts to do the job twice?" and I said "No, in fact I screwed up my order and would only like to do the job once."
There was also the day that I ordered something....then 30min later remembered something else I needed....then 4hrs later driving home from work I remembered the last part I needed. All parts were shipped the next day, together, w/ no hassle or billing issues despite my forgetfulness and adding to my order multiple times.

Great service w/ very competitive prices. I will continue to order from Paragon as long as they have my parts.

I remember i ordered like 30 things one time got it shipped and i was missing a few things called Chuck told him whats sup he was like no problem so we started to go over it and then we actually thought it would be best if i raised the car and go peice by peice. I was expecting call me when you have the car in the air no actually waited until i raised my car up, put it on jack stands and we over every part i needed and he shipped it overnight with no extra charge. Awsome people to deal with.

I've had no problems the one time a part that couldn't be used arrived. We never found out what it really was... a brake caliper that looks the same but goes on a car with a super thin brake rotor.

This week they managed to get all the parts I need to redo the clutch hydraulics over here to Seattle before the weekend. That means I won't have to bike everywhere next week!

I've had nothing but great experiences with the folks at Paragon as well. Really nice people who know their stuff and always go the extra mile! It's also nice that you always deal with the same people there. In the four or so years I've been buying parts from Paragon (and who knows how many orders), I think the phone has been answered every single time by either Jason or Chuck.
