I didn't buy new dust covers (the accordion-type things) when I put in the big order for the new suspension. The stuff has been sitting and waiting for a while. I want to say that Chuck at Paragon said I didn't need the dust covers with the Konis, but I can't remember for sure. I'm using competition bump rubbers, so the old covers won't fit anyway unless I flip them upside down and let them sit on the top of the strut. The directions picture dust covers. Is this even a big deal?

No big deal, you don't need the covers unless you're planning on running the Baja 1000.
