Default Sway Bar Bracket shifting

My front sway bracket that attaches to the frame is slowly bending forward on one side. As a result the sway bar on the drivers side is slowing coming out of the eyelet at the control arm. This is a new turbo sway bar and brackets that I have had for 3 months. The old one did the same and actually fell out.

I am thinking about buying the braces that KLA sells. However, I wonder if there is an underlying problem causing this to happen. ???

i believe paragon-products sells a braket that triangulates the drop braket and would keep that from bending - however, is your swaybar upside down or something? That could also make it creep out like that. = coming out of the front bushing it should go back- then down, then back...ive seen them mounted upside down where it would go down, back then down...if that makes any sense.

They look like they are installed correctly and eveything lines up. However, it seems just to creep a little at a time. Probably from cornnering too hard.

Well, I bought those tranulation brackets and tried to installed them this weekend. For some reason, the brackets seem too long. If I force them in, the original sway bar bracket would no longer be perpendicular for the frame. I have the 26.8 mm bar and mounting hardware. Are you differences in the brackets with different size sway bars?

Mine took some force to get in. I put the bracket onto the swaybar droplink first but left everything loose. It then took a few taps with a hammer to get it lined up and in the cross member. I also have a 26.8mm front bar.

i wonder if the sway bar creep is a result of soft castor blocks. Ive never had this problem using 968 blocks. It would allow the a-arm to move back and forth alittle during hard cornering and work the ends off.

xboost. interesting thought. I was going to get the 968 blocks soon so I can run 18 or 19" wheels, but was holding off till I update the structs since I need to do an alignment.

Seems like the brackets need to be 1/4" shorter. I did not try to bolt up though.
