I just jumped on to test it and changed tom's email to my email and asked it to reset the password. It sent it right away.. Humm Do you have a spam folder or something like that?

Are the 968 lights something between 7" sealed DOT and e-code? I know they look amazingly brighter than my old 944's lights. They aren't HID, and they must be DOT, so I'm guessing it's just some e-code-like thing with a 8" diameter that says dot on it.

And my wiring is only a decade old. I guess that means the only improvement I can make is bulbs.

I already have the wiring harness but my headlights are stock and I think the whole this is the bulb, how do I need to upgrade, what parts do I need for the best lighting? I dont think lenses are the only part I need?

If you get a harness, the best setup is the E codes, harness and 90/130 Yellowstars. They light up the road but don't blind oncoming traffic (unless you flick on your 130W high beams..)

As far as just replacing stock sealed lights with some of the E codes.. you need a set of lenses and a set of bulbs to go in them. If you have stock wiring stick to a 60/55w bulb. If you have a harness then pick whichever ones you like. The 80/100W Xenon and the 90/130W Yellowstars are both good higher wattage bulbs.

They are filled with Xenon gas and not Halogen. Both bulbs have their high points. The Xenons burn brighter because of the gas inside. The Yellowstars have a crystal coating on the bulb that reflects back a certain wavelength of light at the filament that makes it burn brighter. The end result is the Yellowstars are a little bit brighter and give a true to form "daylight" color. The Xenons end up with more of a white color at the 80/100W level.
I assume the price difference is due to a higher manufacturing cost. It's not quite $20 more though because the Xenons are sold in pairs, the Yellowstars are sold as singles.

I can attest the E-codes with a 80/100W bulb will not blind oncoming traffic when aimed correcty. The sharp cut-off will eliminate that and since our cars sit pretty low that helps as well. I love mine because I do 95% of my drivning at night

Travis, how long do the Yellowstars last? I would like to try some especially with all the fog around here lately.

Ok guys, sorry. I took a guess at the inventory in the stack when I punched in the number available on the web site. I took a true count and we have 36 more left. They are back up.

I am going to go grab some dinner and then take them off sale when I get back. Should be about an hour, maybe two.

Oh, and someone else also had a question about the RennlistStore license plate frames. If you want one of those, are getting head lights and are paying with a credit card, just put a note in for how many you want. I will add the $5 each to the total when I process the card and they can ship together.
