I hear ya. I meant that judging from the neglect inside, I assume it wasn't owned by an enthusiast that kept all records, etc ! 4 new tires on a wreck doesn't make it "fixed"!
There are NO reciepts available, he doesnt even have the one for the $1800 of work he got done to it

The wife and I are going to make it to Rentreffen this year. Are you going to be there?

Its at Owners auto market (Big city motors) on West 12th street. however, The lowest they will go is $4500
They think all of the maintenance finally done to it raises the value

At one time, I had one of each color. They only came in 2 colors. Satin black met. and zemmit silver met. I still have the silver one. They all had plaid door panels, and light grey carpet. Some had th plaid seats, and some had tweed seats. None had cruise control that I have seen. There was only 250 of each color sent to the states. My satin black car was a automatic, which was one of 90.

Hi , nice car

Do you have more pics about it ?
It don't know that Porsche made a special edition for 944 , the 944 Celebration edition was availble only in US ?

Thanks

Pouring rain in Sioux Falls today. Here is what I saw from inside my car.

Dent on drivers front fender.
A few minor cracks at the defroster vents in the dash.
Sun visors falling down.
Rear wiper arm missing a cap exposing bolt.
A few nicks on the chin spoiler.
In bad need of a good wax.
Cheap double bladed wiper blades need replaced.
Phone dials appear to be in good shape.
No noticible door dings, scratches or abused paint. Need to look at it in good light to really tell.
Interior condition unknown. I'll wait for a better weather day when I have more time to look at it closer.

Interior seemed to be light grey. Seats had covers on them. Price on window was $4990. I talked to a car dealer friend of mine and learned that "Big Deal Auto" makes their money by financing anybody. They don't really like to come down on price because their game is low monthly payments to people with less than perfect credit.

I'd wait until the first snow flys then offer them a low ball cash price to get it off their hands. Just my opinion.

It looks like the wheels in the back are wrong. My celebration has different size rims front and back. I believe the rears are 8inch and fronts are 7"s. Hey Todd were your seats tweed and the door panels plaid? It looks that way in the picture.
