Default Decoding a piece of paper

a while back i found this piece of paper in my car. it is all in german, and i am trying to find the significance of it. it seems to be from when the car was bought as it has the paint code on it. can anyone tell me what exactly it's saying about the info on my car?

It's partially cutoff, but in the top left "Arbeitsanweisung" means 'work order;' the paper appears to be a build sheet that the line workers may have referenced. Appears to include option codes as well?

526 = cloth door panels
573 = air conditioner
650 = sunroof
990 = seats all cloth
464 = without compressor and tire pressure gauge
553 = version for USA

yeah i just typed in some of the code in lines A & B, and ya thats some of my option codes, cloth seats and doors 'n such, and now i know why i never had an air compressor and tire gauge box "464" lol. but as to the rest of the code, "woche" means week, but it has week 33 on there is this telling me that it was produced on the 33rd week of the year? and it has "tag" - day 3...its all kinda confusing.

and about the paper, i only have this part and i believe i found it like in the passenger seat somewhere, i cant remember it was a while ago, but it was somewhere weird like that.
