I used to have this problem on my old crx (similar symptoms). Timing was good, got good spark and fuel but sometimes wouldn't start after being warm or would stall for no particular reason (sometimes would start - sometimes wouldn't). Turned out to be the main relay (as this box got warm/hot the connections to the fuel pump would at random shut power to the fuel pump causing stalling and starting problems. When I'd check it I couldn't find a problem. The fix was to resolder a connection in the relay itself (an hour task). Never had that problem again.

Well, I'm going to try an FPR, and then new plugs.. what about a crank sensor?
