Help me find aluminum tubing!!!

Default Help me find aluminum tubing!!!

ARRGGHHHH

Napa. didnt have 2 3/4 inch radiator hose. they had 2 1/2 and 3
and for ordering 2 3/4......25 bucks a foot.
I dont think so.

ebay has lots of kits for cheap (kinda). so where do they get there aluminum? can someone help me find a source for piping that wont cost an arm?

Hey;

You can get aluminum tubing from Burns Stainless & Hoerr Racing in many sizes, alloys, shapes, etc. There are probably better "direct" sources but I have not been able to find them either... yet.

I think the Audi 5000T guys use flex exhaust tubing.

Campeck, if this is for your CAI project, just use mild steel. No biggie. At least until you can prove/disprove any value and figure out the best configuration.

Try here for starters. Turns out they have aluminum mandrel bends as well. I have a 2.5" that I'd send you but I'll need it to fabricate my exhaust. You can get straight mild steel tubing from your local autoparts store. I got mine from NAPA, but Carquest and the like should have it in their distribution center as well.
