Anyone know how I might get a crest horn button for my Grant Steering wheel?

You could try and see if a Momo horn button will work. I used to have a Grant wheel in my old VW Scirocco and the button from a friend's Momo Monte Carlo (I think, this was years ago) worked, either perfectly or well enough to coerce.

Of course, they might have changed things between then and now.
