I like to use GRiots BEst of SHow, Followed by some 3M HAnd Polish....But the reason my paint looks so good is as a result of the new Sikkens Clear III...! God I love that stuff...SPray on 4 coats of clear, wet sand 1000, 1500, 2000, 2500, and buff with 3M MIcro FInish, 3M Rubbing Compund, And finish with some RAce Glaze and 3M Polish....As a result of these steps you will have great depth, Better chances of wet sanding out future scratches without breaking thru, ANd that " LIke Glass Finish" Flat as a board and smooth as a baby's ***....Every time some see's my car for the first time I tell them to rub their hand against a small spot, and they always are shocked at how smooth my paint really is.....! Hope this helps....

Saying Gold Class produced near-Zymol results is mistaken. It blows Zymol away! I used Zymol til i discovered Meguairs products! Gold Class Wax in combination with their "lower end" Deep Crystal Polish produces amazing results. Much better than their highly acclaimed #7 Glaze. Deep Crystal Polish brings out color soo much more IMO.

Back to the topic though-

Scratch-X is great! I use that and some crazy pink rubbing compund that someone gave me a bottle of. Don't know what it is, but its wild! I use Meguairs Medallion Paint Cleaner as a first step. Between the three of these, most marks disappear on my daily car really well!

Yup! That's the test for it! If the paint doesn't feel like silk, its not good enough yet!

Scratch-X is super, I agree. For everything from bird sh*t stains to sap to swirl marks, I've been amazed by the results...
