Excellent Service by RennBay
Hey all,
I just wanted to post that I am very impressed by RennBay's customer service.
Long story short: I made some mistakes rebuilding my power steering rack, contacted their support, recieved an immediate response, was offerred a prompt remedy, with no prejudice, at no cost to me.
I asked what I owed and was told nothing that it was just part of RennBay's customer support!

sorry i haven't emailed you about the intake manifold. its still here in the garage. are you heading north any time soon? if not just send the label to ERAU944@hotmail.com and i'll box it up and get it outta here asap. how does the label work? the only ups place here in town is a mr. mailbox... so i dont know if they'll take it or not. let me know whats easiest for you!

You can give it to them or hand it to the UPS man if you see him. Its all prepaid and everything. I will send it out to ya tomorrow. No need to pack it all that well.. it will be cut up when it gets here anyway ...
