I'm in as well. I wouldn't mind getting some of the trim paint, if that helps out the folks looking for black paint for their fuchs.

I used the Wurth silver wheel paint on some 996 wheels and It was about as close to dead on as you can get. It has a very high aluminum content so you really need to shake it for about a minute before you use it. All in all a very good paint and for the price its a heck of a deal.

I would be in for 1 can of primer, 2 color silver, and 1 clear. That seems to be the consensus as to the amount needed. I am refinishing a set of 7 and 8 x 16 PD's. Did the PD's originally come clear coated??

I'm not going to buy the paint sorry for you time lost that you had to call them to find out about the black paint. I have a place in town that I can get it at the few cents under and it's in town. Thanks for the offer but the silver paint price is un-beatable.

Wow, there does seem to be some interest after all. I don't have time right now to read through all the posts but here's what i think: If you are talking about ordering ATLEAST 3 cans of primer, 2 cans paint, and 2 cans of clear coat it would be easier if you ordered from wurth directly.

If you are planning on ordering that much its possible and cheaper to do it directly. I can get you the contact info i have if youd like. I would like to put this together for people who only need one or two cans of each and wouldn't meet the normal minimum order.

Does that make sense? If you fall into that category figure out exactly what you'd be in for. Shipping is the only other minor issue, IF YOURE going to HERSHY PA in the end of APRIL i'll just bring it with me and save you a fe bucks!

Other wise we'll need to discuss shipping from Rochester NY to where ever.

I have limited access to rennlist this weekend but please post what you think or email me directly at es002j@mail.rochester.edu and i will be sure to get back to you by monday!

Thanks!
Erich
