To get brake rotors machined, is there a lot of difference between different brake shops or they all pretty much do the same quality of work.

If there is a difference, any suggestions in Houston.

There is a difference but it depends much more on the guy who does them. Nevertheless, just about anyone should be able to turn them for you as long as they are above spec and do a good enough job
