...and bringing the metal together.

Mostly complete. More rivets to come.

More images with the side skirts hanging on the car as well. A nip here and a tuck there. It will be perfect.

Fitting the rear bumper. This bumper is one of only two that have been produced.

Welding in fasteners for the bumper.

subcribed.. Nice Work! Whats the plan for the front flares to the nose? Removable fasteners?

T, You mentioned the 944S Did you see the new proposed Rules changes? They are lowering the weight on most of the SP3's and Eliminating the 944s from class.

The hoop.

We are starting with an Autopower roll hoop with bolt in cross bar and harness bar and from there adding two more points. Unfortunately, the fit on one of the hoop pads that lands on the wheel well wasn't up to par so we made another.

Not on this one. Everything is going to be blended and seamless.

More progress on the chin spoiler. These are a few images of the buck nearing completion.

Laying up the mold. Joy.

It had to be a three piece mold which slowed things down a bit but its done.

An image of the completed mold in the booth after spraying the gel coat for the first production layup. I hand laid this spoiler today, 7/25, tomorrow it comes out of the mold and pictures will follow.

Welded up chassis mounts for the Project Nine 944 rear diffuser before leaving the shop today. Because this build will be using a composite bumper and not running the chassis mount wing bracket, these custom mounts are necessary. Tomorrow they get burnt into the chassis.

Not familiar with the diffuser?

Well have a look!!...

Interesting, So with a blended and seamless front end if the bumper cover needed to come off the whole clip has to? Or is this just for this Sema Build? Just asking for those of us who are considering this Kit for a more-less dedicated Track car.
