Default Any New Orleans folks?

Who's in New Orleans? I'll be there in a few weeks looking for a cheap car to road trip back to NY.

Last year my son and I (and some other friends) flew to St. Louis, I bought a 1990 Cadillac DeVille on Craigslist for $1000, and we had an excellent adventure driving it back home. This year we're going to start in the big easy!

If anyone's in the area and wants to meet up for a beer July 20/21, let me know! Also let me know if you have any good junker (but they have to make the trip home) connections!

Not "in" New Orleans, nor Baton Rouge, as my location states, I'm in the area.

About 60 miles by air from N.O., 15 miles by road and 2 miles by air (directly across river from S. Baton Rouge) from B.R.

I have an '03 330i 5 speed, M Tech package, M wheels, good tires for $2k.
Daughter got glanced off rear bumper cover in a hit and run, superficial bumper cover damage on one corner.

A/C will only cool if charged a few times per summer.

Runs and shifts good though.

Mars Red, sedan.

Maybe 130k miles.

She bought a new Tiguan and they wanted to give her $2500 on trade (I bought her the car several years prior for $11k) so I kept the car and gave her the cash for trade value.

Was gonna rep rear bumper cover and fix a/c as a daily but I bought a C250 Turbo Coupe.

Would Be Really Cool If the "Spitball Rally" Came through 944 Fest Aug 2nd! at NL Ohio... I forgot about that rally, Next year post a Reminder.. But usually MY Craigslist finds involve picking it up with the Trailer.. Just picked up a Audi S8-V10 !

Maybe next year we can coordinate it with 944 fest!

Thanks 951and944S - I'll keep that in mind, but it might not be "craptastic" enough.

Well, I have an 05 Touareg that sunroof leaked while I had it parked unattended for a few months.

6 inches of water on the floor when I opened door.

ECU is under the seat.

For the record, 330i has recent radiator and "coolant service", hoses, belts, rollers and pump.

This is the 3.0 I6, you could part it at home (5 speed value too) and make money on the back end.
