Default FS: 944 Early Reinforced Steel Lower A Arms

T&T Racing , Yesterday 03:50 PM
Purchase the robust reinforced steel lower A arms with the trick Racers Edge monoball cartridges. There is no flexing of the front suspension with solid bushings and the suspension is totally compliant with driver input, no hysteris. The ball joint is easy to replace, just remove 3 bolts and install new one. They are compatible for installing the popular Tarett sway bar and even some Porsche sway bars.

The Racer Edge monorail cartridges retail price is $627.
For this deal the price is $279 plus shipping and the most robust lower A arms available. And as a bonus, the routine replacement of the bolt joint is removing 3 bolts and inserting the new bolt.

Just go to HPDE or racing event and not worry about your front lower control arms.

Hi,
The Racer Edge front and rear monoball parts are included.
I can ship to Australia and does UPS or FEDEX ship to Australia?

Best to PM for your zip code so I can estimate shipping

I have been to Melbourne and love Australia.
Best regards,
Tom

Sorry. I mean the portion that houses the bearing that mounts in the cross member. It has been known to fail, and some consider it required procedure to reinforce it with a strap of metal, as described in this thread: Be Careful How You Box Steel 944 A-Arms!

Thanks,

Thanks,
I made a visible inspection of each lower control arm and the reinforcing was done properly including horizontal welded webbing straps to stiffen the steel stamped webbing between the flanges.
The front monoball insert assembly is reinforced to stiffen the flanges, prevent the spot-welded webbing from separating and eliminate the twisting of the attachment point under braking and cornering loads.

Hi John,
The cost for UPS, cheapest, is about $140, so you are getting a pair of excellent condition lower control arms with Racers Edge spherical bearings bushing kit (kit retails for $629 USD plus shipping). IMO offering is a good deal. Can ship 10/8 to 10/10, delivery time us 6-10 days

Thank you for your interest. FYI all the interest in the suspension partners is from "down under.". Australia is a wonderful country having spent 2 holidays there.

Best regards,
Tom

The price is reduced to $279 including shipping to the lower 48 continental US states. A great price for excellent parts.
