According to PET, a 'changeover switch' (911.613.113.00), mirror changeover switch (477.955.703), headlight washer switch (477.955.702) and rear window wiper switch (477.955.701). Your car may not have all these options so it may have come with blanks instead.

On my 83 the left is the rear wiper and the two center ones are blank. I was going to use one of the blanks to shut off the power for the power antenna to keep it from going up. Never got around to it.

PET is the parts catalog of all the components of the car. Has exploded diagrams and part numbers for every last part on the car, even down to listing every bolt, nut and screw and their sizes. You can find it on the Porsche website here: https://www.porsche.com/all/media/pd...85_KATALOG.pdf
