Spoke to Steve about an hour ago and ordered up some odds and ends for the clutch master replacement, forgot the gasket and called back and spoke to Ian... always a pleasure, easy to do business with, and Ian consistently thanks me for the ongoing support... they've never done me wrong.

Ordered last Sat (11/17/2018), reported as shipped on 11/19, arrived this morning (11/26/2018) via USPS Priority 2nd Day. Thanksgiving was in there, so I'm sure that had some impact, but the time of actually shipping was off a day or so from reported date.

Just offering data. Parts appear to be good suppliers, everything made in the EU.

Ordered from Larts Porsche Parts and received my order the same week. Very nice lines and the install is going as expected on a 924S. Discount because of being a Rennlister (thanks Larts,Rennlist) Instructions are plain and simple and john_az posted on Pelican a write-up on the install also. Good service, quality product.

I've had extremely good luck with Retro Automotive. Roger and Matt give great service. Used parts only. They can supply many and most parts for 356's, 911's, 944's and some Boxsters. They part out cars...not a scrap dealer...Large warehouse, I have been there many times in person and they are always helpful.

I've been sent the wrong part by them but they did attempt to rectify it. The replacement part didn't work either. Ordering from junk yards (OK,salvage yards)online is hit and miss. Stay in your general area that you live and you can go to the yard and see and feel the part before you pay. At least I'm going to try that....

Have you guys and gals considered ordering from www.warehouse33auto.com ?
We offer 10% off for Rennlister's by entering RENNLIST in the coupon code section at checkout.

Jason @Warehouse33.net , thanks for supporting the 944 community but even with the discount your OEM prices are still higher than the online Porsche dealerships who sell online?”

Heres just one example of many I searched:

On genuine parts, nobody can't compete with Sunset or Suncoast. I wish I could.
Now on non-genuine parts, I should be pretty competitive on pricing.

As for 944online, I've only ever ordered from them once and have no complaints. Ordered on a Monday and got my stuff on Friday. Paid a bit more than from Pelican or Paragon but they were the only ones that would let me ship what I needed via USPS Priority.

Sonnen is where I buy my genuine only parts for my personal car. They're prices are damn near cost from Porsche.

It had been about 2 weeks and when checking my order status it was still showing as processing. I checked the listing and found the price had gone up by a fair margin, but no word from 944online.

Ian got finally back to me after another week and another nudge and said they couldn't get me one for their listed price and apologised for not getting back to me as quick as they should have. They refunded me as the new price was well out of my budget.

I think they didn't handle my order very well, but I consider this out of character for them.
No, it’s in characther; he did the same thing to me. I ordered a part online, a few days later got a call to tell me the price had gone up by about 20%. Then sent wrong part. Then told me he couldn’t get the right part because they were no longer available (oddly enough, another supplier had the right part - go figure). Gave him a second chance, tried to buy two more parts. Delivered another wrong part. Currently in a two month oddesy just to return the wrong part and get a refund.

I will never, ever do business with him again - customer service is more than absurd. If you can’t handle basic orders, maybe it’s time to go try your hand at something else.
