Hi all

I went to take the 89 944 for a blast today because the weather in NY finally turning for the better

Upon start up - ABS self test happened but pump continued to pump and whine.

Shut it down and still runs - had to disconnect the battery

Tried to pull the relay = it still runs
tired to pull the plug on the ABS computer = still runs
tired to pull out my hair - still runs

Only thing that makes it stop is disconnecting the battery

Anyone come across this issue before? or anyone have any suggestions. Car has never had issue - perhaps one of the wheel sensors is faulty and giving signal

I only know of the one relay for ABS g20 o any help would be appreciated

There is a second relay located on the ABS pump in the passenger side fender well.
