Default Race car supplementary gauges mounting positions?

Hi All

Looking to add oil temp, pressure and water temp supplementary gauges to the S2 race car. Where would be a good place to put the senders?

OK, a Prosport oil filter sandwich plate for oil temp and pressure. http://prosportgauges.com/oil-filter-adaptor-plate.aspx
Now for water temp?

perhaps you could drill+tap larger the factory "bleed screw hole" on the coolant outlet "neck" to the upper radiator hose.

Only thing with that is an air bubble will falsify the readings.

I did this. Works great! Used a Bosch setup. Temp sender fits perfectly in the outlet neck.

is the neck meaty enough to drill and tap a secondary hole?

I would say no. The only place it could really work on the neck is where the bleed hole already is. Not thick enough anywhere else. I've just tapped that hole and screwed in a temp sensor that fit, and I've tig welded the hole closed to drill and tap for a smaller diameter sender. Worked either way.
