Zoltan,

You gotta leave them yellow if you get them...either that or go for chrome/polished...

Everybody else on the track will be distracted by the bling factor...and before they realize it you'll be long gone!

"your post makes made my 500 mile Rennlist lunch road trip worthwhile!"

In that car the trip should have been it's own reward.

Sid, I should add that John D did give me a tshirt for 'longest distance traveled', so there was another reward! It was a nice ride, we had beautiful weather that day.

On a similar note, I went for a short ride today and got a thumbs up from a fly yellow Ferrari 550 or 575 Maranello coming the other way-made my afternoon.

If Zoltan passes on the wheels I'll offer them to everyone. (He gets first crack since he hooked me up with the fella who bought my coupe).

Now THOSE look nice! Much nicer than the matching yellow rims! Looks like a car straight out of Miami Vice!!

Enjoy Damian!

I saw Walter at the NNJR holiday party (current owner of Damian's coupe). He's still very happy with the car, and is planning on cleaning it up even more: something about making it a concours kinda car!

Damian: you have a PM!

Adrial: Of course I'd keep them yellow! The thing is, I most likely will be running with 8's all around at the track. But I'd use the 7's for autox.

Hmm, that means I'd have silver, black, and yellow track wheels: call me Mr. Mis-matched!
-Z-man.

PS: Prior to being married, I thought that plaid and stripes made a matching outfit!

Z you're NOT going to put the screaming yellow zonkers on one end of your car and the black/grey (whatever) painted wheels on the other.
Actually just the thought of putting the set of yellow wheels on a red car is going to give me nightmares. The GTC will have to hear of this.
We're going to need a vomit thingy over here.

Z-man, you need to paint the rear of the car yellow. BMW used to do this with their factory cars, blue up front and red out back or vise versa. Then use color coded wheels, VERY VERY VERY hot.

Hehe!!

Damian: you have a PM!

Unfortunately, I have to pass on the wheels, but I really want to get them, if anything just to rile up Al!

Al: get your vomit thingy here:

Hey, can you all tell I live next to an Italian?

The winter wrapped fig tree next to the Madonna on the half shell behind the car!

(Hey, I'm half Italian, no flame meant-just thought I point those items out!)
