Yes, as explained in the video, 1500hp target for circuit racing, 3000hp estimated target for drag racing applications. I'm guessing the drag block would have some key changes to take more boost, and might not even run any cooling (solid block).
Also, I think Rods team were aiming for a little less than 1500hp for the RP968 as the turbos it's running are not rated that high, and they aren't revving it out to 10500rpm.
I really hope they get some decent testing in before the event this year, so we can finally see what this beast is really capable of!
