Default 944 Turbo brake caliper identification

My '86 944 Turbo has a beautiful red set of calipers. From all I see online, these cars came stock with black calipers. I'm trying to figure out the origin of these. Are they Rennlist rebuilds or some other supplier or from a different model entirely? Disregard the big spacers. They and the Turbo Twist 18" wheels that came with the car are history, substituted with 17" Cup 1's.

The finish on these is perfect.

If the mounting bolts come from the back side and there's no adapter bracket, it's stock '86 turbo, which would have been black. They look like the stock ones in the picture, just that someone painted them red.
