Default 944 turbo/ Lindsey Tune Question

Hi all, new to the site. I recently purchased a 1986 Guards red 944 turbo from Nashville Motorsports (maybe some of you saw it for sale?). Got the car shipped to Long Beach CA. Monday of this week. The original ad did not disclose modifications the vehicle had. So here it is. Lindsey M-tune maf kit, Precision turbo (not sure on specs), Lindsey big bore 3" exhaust and fuel regulator. Not sure about intercooler. Looks stock from what I can see. So I drove the car home from Gardena where the shipping truck was located, to Long Beach (about 7 miles) in traffic, and it ran rough to put it lightly. It would misfire before full boost and cause almost like a back-fire. Called the seller (owner of shop in Nashville) and he told me that the car had run out of gas on him?). But then ran great. Im gonna do a tune up on it this weekend (I work regularly of my Audis so figure it cant be that much different) see if it helps. Any recommendations on a local (SoCal) tuner shop that would be familiar with these types of tunes. I think culprit might be the MAF. Sorry for the long story. Kind of worried I might have bough a bag of Gremlins. Car is in great shape though with 92k miles. With that set up im sure they were a rough 92k miles

there aren't really tuner shops for 944s, aside from locals who go to the vendors we have like Lindsey.

If you are in Long Beach you might try contacting lartiga951@earthlink.net in the city of Bell, he might have knowledge of tuning that setup or know someone who can.

Thank you for the response. Funny, I actually went to Bell High School. I will definitely shoot him an email.
