I have odd looking water pump gasket - it's grey color, thicker and made of different material than OEM or Victor Reinz. I think I got it from Zims when my pump was returned rebuilt. Is it good to use? Can I use it dry as any other gasket? Just curious.

i have used several of those on many cars, no problems, i put it on dry.
