Mount the rims w/o the rubber and install on the car. You should be able to get a dimension using a straight edge to determine whether or not they will fit.

i mounted a set of 944 turbo s rims on my 81/ 931@ 7x16 ET 65 with 225/50/16 tires on the front with 7mm spacers and 9x16 ET 60 with 245/50/16 tires on the rear...the rear needs a couple of minor mods for clearance on the tires inside but they fit
