Default What is going on with this engine in this 924 pic?



I've never seen this on any car. What is it and what are the benefits/cost?

That is a very cool 924.
It runs a modern engine management system so EFI ofcourse for better fuel control...maybe some more horsepower?
As you can see it runs individual throttle bodies for great throttle response.
And...if you look closely that 924 is bi-fuel...it runs on regular 98 oct gasoline as well as LPG.

That's a very cool thing to have if you're doing a lot of touring as a full tank of gasoline + a full tank of LPG can probably get that 924 as far as 800miles without stopping for fuel.

800 MILES!!! wow that would literally be the best thing ever, I might get tired of driving before running out of fuel.
