Default Should I buy a 1980 924 s?

Hey so I recently found an add for a 1980 porsche 924s. The owner is selling it for $750 anf thr only thing that he has said is wrong woth it is the fuel injectors, he says it does start . Other than the regular things to look at when buying a used car what should I be looking for in this model , is it worth restoring to its former glory and beyond and if so how should I prepare my wallet for this ? Thanks a bunch

why not add a 2004~07 Maserati Coupe to your garage livery?
will cost you about the same as the $750 + replacing everything that needs replacing,
the Italian sports car will go 1.8X as fast, comes complete w. stunning looks, modern wheels, brakes, suspension, a nice interior, stereo, hot babes & a Maserati badge,
etc, etc, etc, etc......

They did not make a 1980 924s. Buy the car you can afford, and try to get the most for the money. Cheap is not always least expensive...
