I'm nearing the completion of my engine rebuild and install, which means that I'll be driving soon!
But the car desperately needs it's dry rotted tires replaced. Do you guys have any recommendations? I was briefly looking at Yokohoma tires at discount tire. I have stock wheels and intend to have this as a daily driving, but want to attend an autocross or two to see if I like that.

I have had good luck with both wear and performance with the HTR Z III on my 944 S2.

I have a 16" set of the HTR A/S P02 that have had limited use since I'm working on my 924S, but they seem to handle well.

Pirelli are making the original Cinturato P7 again for 16" wheels

And the CN36 in 15" for earlier cars.

these have N4 homologation

I ran 195 65 15s, Michelin daily driving around with snow in winter. 205 60 15 goodyear , track stock phone dial. Hth.
