Just wondering and it isn't a big deal, but is the bottom of the front truck supposed to have that texture?

The lower part had a rougher texture when I got it- they prepped it before they painted it so it must have stayed that way. It will be covered by the board over the spare if I decide to use it. Will probably put in a smaller space saver spare and leave it uncovered since everything will look so new.
Talk about being paranoid when I put it back together so I don't scratch anything!!

The car will look amazing when done! I hear your son wants to put a 2.7 in it, what are the plans for the engine?

Assembly is the worst part. Stock up on towels and painters tape! I like that they masked the serial number and sticker.

They really took care of the build VIN sticker on the door jam to protect it too. They're used to working on some nearly extinct 356. I have to keep reminding them this isn't some Carrera Speedster! They don't know how to do anything half-assed.

Nice work. They are doing a really nice job jamming everything.
