Cons:
That isn't the original color.
1.8 LJet Motor
Big Bumpers
A/C if it doesn't work

Pros
Looks fair
A/C if it works
Price if it is good

The most important consideration before you ask that should I buy this question is how does the hell hole look? Yes, even Arizona 914's rust. If you're really quiet, you can hear them rust in the East and Midwest! You haven't told us, but I can see it is either a 75 or 76 from the bumpers. Black was a common color on the LE model in 74 and this has no sail fin vinyl or lower trim which was a Bumblebee trait as well but it has the late bumpers or appears to in your pictures. It has Rivieras which look to be in good shape though I personally hate them.
Look for rust! Look for rust! Look for rust! Look for rust! Look for rust! Look for rust! Look for rust! Look for rust!
Look under the battery on the passenger side of the engine compartment. Wiggle the battery support tray. Look at the suspension console just below that battery tray. Look at the longitudinals under the doors on both sides. Open the rear trunk and look at the junction between the trunk floor and the rear fascia of the car. Look at the weatherstrip channel in both the front and rear trunks (it should not be glued in so pick it up and look under it). Rust can make a $10K difference in these cars.
If he is asking under $3K you can probably part it out and get your money back. If it is over $8K you should have an eyes and hands on PPI done by a local expert.
Oh, and don't come back here without some details like year, original color, asking price, history, running condition, etc...

^^ LOL, thanks Matt. If I get burned on this deal, are you going to split the loss with me?

It is a 75 and from other pictures I have, it looks to be the original color. If it is a respray, it is an excellent job as I can not see any other color. It is a 3 owner Arizona car.
I'm just trying to get an idea if it is worth going to see it.

What are they asking? How far from home is it? From the couple of photos, it looks pretty good, but not amazing. Need more details to give more info.
