911 M Calipers
can 911 M caliper be used on 914 rear and still retain parking brake? if not, is there ane rear brake upgade that can retain the parking brake?

Different solutions. But with M calipers you need to adopt the 911 emergency brake or a additional brake caliper for the emergency brake ( See Porsche 356 B carrera or Jaguars ).
