I am currently making plans to manufacture a reproduction of the 914 center console (the one with the three gauges) and I need one for a pattern. It doesn't need to be in good condition but having all the parts would be helpful. What do you get in return? A complete reproduction console.

Plans are to include the following:
-Baltic Birch cores
-High Grade Vinyl covering (Leather as an option)
-Stitched the same as the original
-Center panel predrilled for original or replacement VDO gauges or custom cut to fit your specifications.
-Option to use with special console or standard heater lever

I will also sell replacement panels and vinyl for original panels also.

I currently manufacture the Gas Truck Springs available on Ebay and have a reproduction of the small cubbyhole offered with early model 914's which should be available in about 20 days.

Sounds like a good idea. You can find many on ebay for a pretty good price.
I have a website for the dimensions of one. It's in french but you can get it translated via the Google translator. I think if you put this website in it will already count as translated. Good luck
