lookin for a 914
I live in hattiesburg mississippi and i'm looking for a 914 porsche in the southern states such as Ms,Tn,Ak,Fl,Al,Ga,La,and Tx. If anyone has one they would like to sell or has information about getting one, please e-mail me

The only one that I know of that might be for sale is SOOOOO RUSTY that I wouldn't take it on a dare. I travelled up to Cleveland Ohio to get my car. Lots of spare parts Etc. Guess I got an OK deal, now I have the engine out for a rebuild and Clutch. There are lots of cars for sale just finding a good one for the purpose you need is the challange. Happy hunting

I have a 914 that I am about to put on the market. Located in Knoxville, TN.
It is a modified 1972 914-4
* Less than 2,000 miles since engine rebuild (Hal's Import Service in Chattanooga in 1986)
* 2+ liters 96mm with 2.0 crank
* 9:1 compression ration
* 2.0 heads
* SS valves
* Norris 254 cam
* Norris lifters
* Volvo injectors
* Lightened flywheel
* Pistons and rods balanced
* Fuel pump relocated to front
* Trans converted to side shifter
* Weltmeister adjustable front sway bar
* Rear sway bar
* 180# rear springs
* Recent fuel line replacement
* Dark green - Paint in fair condition
* Dent in top of right front fender (moving truck deck rail fell)
* Needs weather rubber - Not a rainy day car as is
* Steel wheels with A008's
* Interior - Fair
* Very fast
* Handles very good
I bought the car for $3500 and spent $3800 on the modifications. Asking $5,000.
