There is no such part number in my Jan. 2001 edition of the PCNA price list. My parts reference shows standard size crank seals 999 113 057 02 on the flywheel end and 999 113 465 40 on the pulley end. Someone may know better in a 911 forum.

Hello

Looks like you piked up the number on the crank. I think the 2,7 had a 911 number.

Ed please just try to find 901.102.077 or look what partnumbers the cranks have.

Hi Roland

I ignored the 995/41, the xxx 102 numbers jump from 075 to 078. If there was an 077 it would be within the flywheel sequence. The cranks generally run xxx 102 011 to xxx 102 028. The crank for a '75 2.7 looks like 916 102 016 00 in my quick reference book. I would have to check the EPC at work to be sure.
But re-reading the original post I noticed he may have been inquiring about a crank serial number (?) not the seal number as I had thought. Can 71'911T refine the question?

Hello

The Parts number on the part is the number for the raw part. So this numbers are very seldom in the price list. But they give a orientation. I normaly see what crank it is or just messure the journals.

As the 2,4 crank is a follow up from the 2,0 and Porsche changed all parts from the 901 to the 911 type numbers ( You know Peugot ) the 2,4 must have 911 startings. later cranks came for the 930 with the 9 screw flange and got 930 numbers.

Now the 916' surprises me as the 916 engine type is the 2,0 DOHC from the 901 R/906.

Maybe the 916 is the 2,0 S crank ?

Well how can I live without huging a nice Pet ?

Grüsse
