Unhappy Throttle cable problem.

I have a 1973 914/4 Porsche that the throttle cable just snapped on. I have a manual and have looked some online and have been unable to figure out exactly how the cable runs into the car. I know where it connects at both ends, but where to run it inside the car to get to the two ends, I don't know. I do know that it runs under the hump where the center council is, but I need to know how to run it into that area from the back. If anyone has any tips or knows of a site that does, that would be greatly appreciated.
