Default csp/dsp motor mods

going to set up the '14 for scca auto crossing. csp/dsp rules require you to basecally leave the long block stock, but allow any intake/ignition/exhaust. I've got a line on a KitCarlson EFI system, just ordered a kerry hunter exhaust, but need to decide on intake.

1) stock system, throttle body/plenum/long runners, OR

2) an individual runner system, looking like webers.

Keeping in mind with the stock cam, the car makes more noise than power above about 5500 rpm, which set up will yield more torque? HP? At what point for each? Anyone w/some sim softwear that could build me a couple virtual motors so we can all find out?

Thoughts, ideas, all welcome.
