Default Pan head screw for engine sheet metal, zink or yellow cad?

Making list of parts to order for the engine rebuild and I found the pan head screws for the sheet metal in both zink and yellow cadium. Which is correct?

I like yellow cad so when I sent my stuff to be plated I sent those along... But my plater then calls and says "these are stainless... You still want them in yellow?"

So I left them natural stainless.

Thanks, I also like the yellow cad and had thought about plating them but the slots in most of mine are messed up and some have been replaced with none pan head screws. Sierra had them in gray (hopefully stainless) and CSP in the yellow cad.

I would just stick with one color... I went with yellow... Nobody locally did those in cad anymore so in my case everything is yellow zinc plated. I did also order new pan head bolts since a lot of mine were in bad shape... yes, those got sent along with the rest of the hardware to plate...

I just placed everything in a box and dropped it at the local metal finishing shop.
