I love randomly popping in the 912 group and seeing the updates on the car. Seems like this one is done and just going to be enjoyed...

Hey I am back after a 3 year hiatus!
So after five (5) tries to get my main seal oil seepage to stop I found that my crankshaft had too much end play. I sent the shaft out (to Benton) to have it looked over & while they state that the crank specs out good it was going to require some machining to get the main seal leak to stop. Of course I gave them the go ahead... And you know what happens next... "...Hey Michael... While we both are in there..."
So it looks like I am going to assemble this with some of guru John Benton personal suggestions. It should be north of 120HP yet retain the correct 912 engine look & my matching numbers.
Will it be fun to drive? Most definitely. Will it still be all 912? Certainly. Will it be a SWB lightweight 912 with 911T power? Yes sir it will be. Plus, it wont leak.

Still in pieces and in the same state of progress as my last update 
- Life gets in the way, what else can I say... I have been spending a lot time at work and whatever time left is spent with the family... very little time to be in the garage... so all three cars are still not road worthy
