Aquired a 912E recently and it does not have the sticker at the door jamb showing the color code. We are pretty sure it was a re-paint. Floor panel shows signs of yellow spot but I've seen those on other car w/ different color before. Any idea on how to figure out the car's original color based on the VIN?

There wasn't too many different colors for the 912E. Here is a link to the color chart for them.
