I'm trying to find out what the factory style air pump for a 79 930 looks like.
I know threw the eighties they were supplied in a black box with a gauge and other attachments but I'm not sure about the 79. Anyone got some info?

Eric,
It came with an air compressor made by webster called the autobahn. This air compressor was offered on all Porsche models from the early seventies to the early eighties. If you give me your email address I can email you a picture of mine. The black box air compressor was offered from 84 on.
