Yes, was sold on BaT last year... I was out bid. I contacted the winner and told him that if he every got ready to sell I wanted to be the first phone call. He said OK but he intended to keep long term. I received the call two weeks ago and told him I would take it before we hung up. He is building a really large house, having his 3rd child and purchasing a 88 Countauch at the same time and something had to go. I'm glad I was there to help him out. And frankly, am very pleased to do business with someone that has high ethical standards and keeps his word.

Had the car at DBW Motorsports in Atlanta this week for a dyno & road tune. We added dual wideband Co2 & dual head temp sensors and now have the MoTec running closed loop. Fantastic throttle response now and 427 RWHP!

Dyno run below.

Yes, this is the car that Rey originally built that I've made some updates to. Rey did a fantastic job and is a great base to add to.

When did he sell it? I saw it about a year or so back and I didn't think he would ever let it go. But then again I didn't think he would let his 3.6T go either.

Gorgeous example. I see you swapped out the yellow headlights.

best luck with it.

Rey sold it in Dec-16 and I missed getting it by an inch. I contacted the then buyer and asked to be the first call if he every decided to sell. He said good luck, but through a confluence of circumstances he needed to sell in May and I immediately said SOLD. I'm going through the car buttioning up some loose ends and driving it every weekend. I passionate about my GT3 but this is love.
