Default Oil leak- Rockerarm shaft/Valve cover gasket

1.Is there some sort of test to see if the rockerarm shafts are leaking? They don't appear to have walked and they seemed tight.

2. Can the valve cover gasket leak from the inside portion into the rocker arm shaft section and come out between the cam carrier? Top gaskets and/or bottom gaskets?

As shown in the pics, one section is wet and the other side is dry. Would that be caused by a leaking rocker arm or just a bad valve gasket?

thanks in advance

Don't know of any test available bit it could very well be rocker shafts. You may want to add a set of RSR rocker shaft seals.

With the valve cover gasket, I like to use the later style gasket (which sometimes seem to be hard to find) that has a silicon bead on it. When you tighten them down, work from the center out in a criss/cross his should help. Good luck!

+1 on the valve cover gasket.
Try to use the type with the silicone bead on them. Don't over torque. It also looks like some of the valve cover studs need a little Loctite Blue.
