Very nice looking build, I like the fact you used new nuts, bolts, clamps, lines, wires, etc......also like that Snap-On air compressor

Thanks, man. It's Sam Shalala's shop in Houston.
He's the man.

Just awaiting for new K27 turbo. Can't wait to drive this puppy!

The photos look really great! Did you end up going with Sam Shalala?
(I am not from the area although I spend a day per month in Houston and San Antonio. Would be interested in your final opinion).

Yes, after meeting with him and visiting his shop, I ended up with Sam. So far, very happy with my decision. He moves pretty fast too. Car hasn't been there 1 month.

BTW, for those interested, total cost came to exactly $22,500.00, including new K27 Turbo. Timeframe to completion was about 2 months (Jan 24- March 28).
Nothing but praise for Sam thus far.

Looks good, that's about the average number.
He hauled ***, my rebuild took 6 months.

Yup, Sam did a stellar job on this. He'd be done actually about a couple of weeks sooner, had he not been waiting for the turbine.
